Suppers Box To Table
This week's Box To Table celebrates The Suppers Programs, which is a non-profit community organization dedicated to "exploring ways of cooking and eating that improves and sustains your health". For this box, we are preparing a Slow Poached Wester Ross Salmon entree as a delicious and healthful centerpiece alongside other highlights like a rich Organic Red Quinoa and Roasted Vegetable Salad and a Kabocha Squash Bisque. Finish your meal off with a Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding made with a roasted banana compote and toasted coconut.
