Sunday Gravy Box To Table

This week, we are preparing a Box To Table that speaks to a Momo tradition and authentic Italian-American cuisine. This Sunday Gravy Box will be like Teresa's amazing Italian preparations we've enjoyed together around the table over the years. Mediterra's chefs will be simmering sausage, veal and beef until they are fall off the bone tender, yielding amazing flavor. Mangia! Mangia! Precooked and ready to reheat. Instructions included.
