First- Manhattan Clam Chowder (gf, df)

-Yukon potato, little neck, herb, san Marzano

Second- Shrimp Turnovers

-puff pastry, herbed cream cheese, curry

Third- Lump Crab Cakes

-warm broccoli and quinoa salad, crab shell stock and cream

Fourth- Banana Fosters (v)

-dark rum, whipped ricotta crepes, and banana brittle
