Whether we are contributing to area silent auctions, featuring local produce on our menus or forging nonprofit partnerships, Terra Momo Restaurant Group is committed to Cultivating Community through every facet of our operations. As a local business sustained by loyal constituents, we feel that it is our responsibility to define what it means to cultivate community.
This mission is expressed through our commitment to sustain New Jersey agriculture, source locally, care for the environment and support local farmers. Additionally, we support causes related to boosting education and enhancing arts-related initiatives in our surrounding communities.

Eno Terra Community Open House Fundraiser

Student ambassadors from the Princeton School Garden Cooperative presented a basket of school-grown produce to Executive Chef Christopher Albrecht at the public grand opening of Kingston's Eno Terra Restaurant this past weekend. More than 200 visitors toured the new restaurant and sampled its fare during an afternoon event that raised funds for local school gardens. The newest Terra Momo restaurant is devoted to drawing ingredients from local farmers and grass-fed meat and poultry producers from up to 50 miles away. Several of the local artists who helped create Eno Terra were also on hand, including Robert Cannon, whose living wallscape is visible behind Chef Albrecht. Eno Terra, an ambitious expansion of a restored 19th century structure on Route 27 which most recently housed the Wine Press, is open for dinner reservations and will begin serving lunch in October.
